The Wyndham Hotel in the prestigious King Abdullah Financial District will be the first Wyndham®  brand hotel in the Middle East. The project involves construction of a 83 metre 17-storey 5-star hotel in a prism shape which will include 4 basement levels and a 3 level podiums and will house the conference facilities, a multi-purpose hall and a number of restaurants that offer a variety of cuisines. The hotel of built up area 57, 310 sqm, will feature 214 rooms and will include a business center, an executive club, health club and spa centres.

Al Batoul Trading Est. was called upon for:

1. Supply & Installation of 1 Skyfold Autolift Wall system.
2. Supply & Installation of 3 Architectural Swing Panels.
3. Supply & Installation of MODERCO Horizontal Operable Wall in the Meeting Room
4. Supply & Installation of 49 BLE Fire Curtains
